Polestar Calendars by Orca Book Publishers strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on location, but if there is a delay we will notify you as soon as possible. Please contact us if your would to place an international order to be delivered outside of Canada and the USA. 

Returns

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange by following these steps.

1. Please call us at 1-800-210-5277 or email info@polestarcalendars.com and tell us why you wish to return your purchase.
2. Carefully and securely pack the item(s) – using the original packaging works best. Be sure to include a brief note with your name, address and contact info.
3. Return the item(s) to us in mint, unused condition.
4. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will credit you using the original payment type. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
